Aevum does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or brokerage services. We do not manage your assets, execute trades on your behalf, or guarantee any returns. Verification of a strategy's historical performance does not imply future results.
Our services are not available to residents of, or entities formed in, jurisdictions where the use of decentralized finance protocols, cryptocurrency, or related services is restricted or prohibited. This includes, without limitation, countries subject to comprehensive sanctions programs. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of our services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for securing your private keys, wallet credentials, and any assets held in wallets you connect to our platform. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse on-chain transactions.
All content on this website and platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and smart contract architecture — is the property of Aevum Protocol Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Strategy data, backtest results, and performance records submitted by users remain the intellectual property of the submitting party. By submitting data to our platform, you grant Aevum a non-exclusive license to process, store, and display that data in connection with our services.
Our services interact with third-party networks and services including the Ethereum blockchain, oracle providers, and external data sources. We are not responsible for the operation, security, or availability of these third-party services. On-chain transactions are irreversible and subject to the rules of the underlying blockchain network.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Smart contracts carry inherent risks including bugs, exploits, and unexpected behavior.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aevum Protocol Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency — arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (ii) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aevum Protocol Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where feasible, by posting a notice on our website or sending an email notification. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
